My name is Debra Seddon. From being a teenager, I have always been interested in nutrition. This led me to qualify as a Food and Nutrition teacher at what is now known as John Moore University. Hopefully I passed my passion for nutrition to some of my students.

In 1997, I became ill (later confimed as co factors of Lyme's disease) and nothing seemed to help. Through research and advice I discovered the benefits of Nutritional Therapy first hand. I realised the importance of nutrition, natural and herbal therapies which enable the body to recover from potentially life-threatening diseases.

I now have a successful private complementary health practice and I am in the privileged position of being able to help others on route to a balanced and symptom free way of life.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I have qualifications in Optimum Nutritional Therapy and in Phytotherapy, I am also MBANT, NTC and CNHC registered and I am fully insured.

I use Phytobiophysics when required.

I have practices in the North West of England including Southport and Halsall.

I work with individuals as well as giving talks/seminars to groups or employees to encourage optimum health wherever you are and whatever you are doing!

Thank you for taking the time to read a bit about me. I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

Debra Seddon
